Hardware is the product.
Service is why it
arrives right.

NetworkDistri is an IT hardware distributor and online retailer shipping networking, computing, telecom, security, power and electrical equipment into the United States and 30 other countries. Ten services sit around every order so a parts list turns into working equipment on your dock — priced, cleared, tracked and covered.

How we operate

Sell the equipment. Stand behind the outcome.

Most of what happens here is straightforward: a buyer knows the part number, places the order, and it ships. But an order is only successful when the equipment is the right one, arrives when the install is scheduled, powers up on a US circuit, and is still covered when something fails eighteen months later. Each of the ten services below is attached to one of those moments. Use the ones you need; skip the rest without penalty.

01

Distribution & wholesale supply

Buy

Access to supply. Built around availability.

A large share of the IT "distributors" you'll find online are storefronts running on somebody else's stock report. We buy in volume and hold it in our own warehouses, which is why the availability you see is the availability you get.

For US integrators, MSPs, resellers and corporate IT teams, that means a switch, a server or a rack of PDUs is a shipping event — not a back-order and a phone call three weeks later.

Anything on manufacturer allocation is flagged at quote stage. You will never learn about a shortage from a delayed tracking number.

Online store & direct purchasing

Buy

Know what you need. See the price. Order with confidence.

Roughly four out of five orders never involve a conversation with us — the buyer already knows the SKU. The storefront is built for exactly that: live pricing, live stock status, US-dollar checkout, and a shipping estimate before you enter a card number.

Business and individual buyers share the same catalog and the same fulfilment. A business account adds the useful layer on top: saved ship-to locations, PO references on every order, reorder from history, and invoicing instead of card payment once terms are approved.

One RAM or one pallet of access points — the checkout, the price transparency and the delivery network are identical.

Quotes, proforma invoices & business accounts

Buy

Paperwork your accounts-payable team will actually accept.

US procurement rarely runs through a shopping cart. It runs through a quote with a reference number that can be approved, matched to a PO and reconciled against an invoice. Send us the parts list and you'll have that document back the same business day, priced line by line against your own part numbers.

Need to prepay or provide documentation for import? We issue a proforma invoice. Need something the storefront can't price — a custom build, an odd quantity, freight to a remote site? We assemble the order manually and send a secure payment link.

Net terms are subject to a standard credit review. If terms aren't approved, every other service works exactly the same way.

Sourcing & special order

Find

What's on the shelf is only the starting point.

150,000+ products is a deep catalog. It is still not every part number in existence. For anything we don't hold, we procure through manufacturer-authorized channels across Europe, the UK and North America — which is how we routinely find end-of-sale line cards and optics that vendor portals have quietly stopped listing.

You get a realistic lead time with the quote, not after payment. If the date moves, you hear it from us first, along with alternates that will do the same job if the original is genuinely unobtainable.

Price match applies to any legitimate written quote on the identical manufacturer part number. Send it over.

  • Validated alternates where a part is truly gone
  • Honest lead times — eight weeks is quoted as eight weeks

Pre-sales technical guidance

Find

Confirm the part before the purchase order, not after the truck.

The most expensive component in any order is the wrong one. It costs the return shipping, the reorder lead time and the tech standing in a closet in Denver holding an optic that won't link. So ask first. Will this transceiver negotiate with that switch? Is the UPS sized for the load and the runtime? Does this drive caddy fit that chassis generation?

Our pre-sales team answers across the whole catalog — networking, servers, power, surveillance, AV, electrical — at no charge, whether or not the order lands with us.

If a less expensive part meets the requirement, we'll say so. If what you've asked for won't work, we'll say that too.

Configuration & staging

Prepare

Rack-ready before it clears customs.

Some equipment has to work the minute the box opens, because the person opening it flew in for one day. We can update firmware to an agreed baseline, load a base configuration, apply your asset tags, run a burn-in long enough to catch dead-on-arrival units, and repack everything in install order with a printed manifest.

It typically adds 24–48 hours to dispatch and removes days of on-site troubleshooting — the trade most multi-site rollouts will take every time.

Highest value on branch rollouts, remote and unmanned sites, and any go-live date with no room for a second visit.

Logistics & delivery to the USA

Move

Dispatched from the nearest warehouse. Cleared for the US before it lands.

We hold stock across several warehouses in the UK and mainland Europe and ship each order from the location that gets it to you fastest. Everything moves on DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or DSV with tracking issued at dispatch, and export paperwork prepared for US entry so shipments don't stall at the border.

Palletized freight is available for volume orders. If customs, carrier capacity or weather moves a date, you'll hear it from us proactively — not by refreshing a tracking page.

Our US mailing address is a business office, not a warehouse. There is no local pickup, and we don't publish warehouse locations.

Warranty, returns & RMA

Keep

One email to us. We handle the vendor.

Every product we sell carries a valid manufacturer warranty, and we verify regional coverage before shipping so you're not the one discovering a support policy the hard way. When something fails, you don't get handed a portal URL and a case number. You tell us what happened.

We triage first — hardware fault or configuration issue — then open the claim, escalate with the manufacturer and stay on it until a repair or replacement is physically in your hands.

Business accounts get warranty records held by serial number and SKU, with asset-level reporting for when your ITAM tool asks pointed questions.

Partner & reseller program

Grow

White-label supply for VARs, MSPs and IT consultants.

A meaningful share of what we ship goes to companies whose customers have never heard our name — and that's the design. Resellers, managed service providers and consultants get pricing tiered on volume and history, blind drop-shipping straight to the end customer's site, and evaluation units for opportunities worth chasing.

Your branding on the paperwork, your relationship with the client. We do not market to, contact or compete for your end users. Ever.

If you resell hardware and you're tired of a distributor quietly courting your accounts, this program exists for you.

Projects, RFPs & volume pricing

Grow

For rollouts measured in sites, not units.

A 40-branch refresh, a data center build, an annual supply agreement or a formal RFP response doesn't fit a standard quote. For those you get a named account contact, pricing structured around your budget and payment schedule rather than list price, deliveries released against your project calendar, and the technical and commercial documentation a bid package actually requires.

Engage us early. Pricing built into the program beats pricing bolted on after the budget is approved.

We respond to formal RFPs and RFQs and can supply spec sheets, compliance statements and manufacturer authorization letters as part of the package.

Beyond distribution

Roughly one fifth of what we do isn't a box.

Supply is the core of the business and we don't pretend otherwise. Alongside it runs a smaller engineering practice for customers who would rather hand over the build than manage it — from a server assembled to spec to a firewall estate someone else keeps patched.

If you only ever want hardware, that's a perfectly good relationship. Nobody here is paid to upsell the rest.
