Why one wrong spec can cost you a sale, a return and margin. Voltage, firmware, display parts and customs checked before every UK, US and EU shipment.
Why one wrong spec costs a sale, a return and your margin On cross-border IT orders, a small mistake becomes a big problem.
- Voltage mismatches A 230V UPS sent to a 120V site won't work and can be damaged. COST Replacement shipment, delay, return
- Firmware and controller variants A standalone Ruckus AP shipped instead of the Unleashed version isn't found on a managed network. COST On-site reflash, lost goodwill
- Display parts that only look the same Same-size screens can use different interfaces. A wrong panel can burn out the motherboard cable. COST Unusable stock, unhappy end user
- Customs and country of origin Wrong HTS codes or origin labels can trigger the 25% Section 301 tariff on US imports, or a hold. COST Fines, unexpected duties
